The APCM is the Annual General Meeting for a local Church of England parish.  Reports (including the Annual Report and Accounts) are presented and questions can be asked of church officers.  Churchwardens and PCC (Parochial Church Council) members are elected.  The voting at the 2026 APCMs is particularly significant because this year we must elect representatives to Deanery Synod who will serve for the next three years.

St Michael’s Baddesley Clinton – Monday 20th April, 2pm in St Michael’s church

St Mary’s Lapworth – Tuesday 28th April, 7.30pm in Lapworth Old School

St Giles’ Packwood – Monday 27th April, 7.30pm in St Giles Church

To attend and vote at the APCM you must be on the ecclesiastical (church) parish electoral roll.  Anyone who lives in the parish, is over 16 and baptised is entitled to be on the electoral roll.  People who habitually attend public worship in the parish can also join the roll, even if they don’t live in the parish.  To join the electoral roll please contact the relevant electoral roll officer:

     St Michael’s, Baddesley Clinton – Ruth McCormack – 07899 844092

     St Mary’s, Lapworth – Norma Aslin – 01564 783107.

St Giles, Packwood – Chris Jacob – chj@chadwick1.co.uk

Revisions to the electoral roll need to be completed more than two weeks before the APCM.
